Thanks everyone for your excellent advice about this. I have now seen my consultant and she doesn't think it is to do with my liver. She seems to think it is to do with my joints and has referred me. I have also fainted a few times without warning. The last time on the bus followed by violent vomiting. She was very concerned but again thinks it's cardiac problems and not liver related. So I'm also waiting for an appointment for that. She was however over the moon with my liver function. My results were so good I only have to visit her 3 times a year and not monthly. So a transplant is off the table for now.
I hope everyone is feeling well and coping with the heat.

It's just a thought, and something that should be ruled out anyway. May I ask please what medication your taking? I just want to make sure your not taking Atorvastatin for high cholesterol as this medication can cause joint problems.
Like I said, it's just a thought. Well done in getting your liver problems sorted.
Kerry, I am so happy for you. Life is full of ups and downs as you know. having had so many downs, make us really appreciate the ups when they come. New surroundings and new beginnings, a fresh start. Don't forget to buy a lottery ticket, you never know....
