My father has stage 4 colon cancer; It metastasized to the liver a little bit, but because of how advanced the cancer was, and the chemo used to try and treat it, his liver is damaged according to doctors.
He's getting weaker bit by bit, but needs to exercise. What kind of exercises can he do without taxing his liver (if that's even possible)?

With regards to exercise, it may be a good idea to take some direction from your Dad's specialist and nurse specialist who will know the extent of your dad's diagnosis and be best placed to advise.
It also depends what your Dad would like to do, maybe a gentle walk in the park or just the garden with you or other family members can sometimes lift the spirits.
