Can anyone offer any advice I have just been diagnosed with sludge! in my gallbladder. I suffer from nausea and pain in upper tummy right side thanks in advance

Hi, I’ve just been diagnosed with sludge also and been told to take painkillers and change my diet. I’m in a lot of discomfort! How did you deal with your sludge? Did it go away?

If you could give me any advice from your experience it would be appreciated!
