Hi thanks for the reply my husband has to go to queen Elizabeth hospital Birmingham tomorrow morning at 10am to see the team do you think something is wrong is it common to be like this
Hi Donna. I think I would feel inclined to your transplant coordinator to let them know about the changes in symptoms. They may want to do an up to date blood test to check his bilirubin levels. Quite a few people do get jaundice as part of having liver disease so it is not unusual and almost everyone I’ve spoken to gets very tired but a chat with the coordinator and they can hopefully put your mind at rest. Good luck.
Hi my husband has to go to queen Elizabeth hospital Birmingham tomorrow morning he has to see the team and stay in hospital for a couple of days thankyou
Yeah I do hope so my Hubby’s always saying I just worry about everything but you know when your loved one isn’t doing to good hopefully tomorrow we will get some answers x
Thankyou I forgot to mention that my hubby also has H E so maybe there could be an issue with that hopefully we will get some answers over the next two days x
We are on our way to the queen Elizabeth hospital now he will be in hospital for two days but I am a bit worried that they might not think he is well enough to go through his transplant
They will give him a good mot & find out what is causing the main problems always keep positive, I was on the list for 18 month but because of medication & life changes I came off the list a year ago, so sometimes the body does fight back. Good luck for the next few days & going forward
QE are brilliant so your hubby will be in good hands. I'm waiting for a transplant to & have had all sorts of issues along the way. I hope they sort him out soon.
