Hi I was diagnosed with liver disease when I was 40 am my mum died 6months later and threw all this I haven't had a drink since and all by my self with no help it's been tough at the top but I carry on in my mum's memory it's the only way.

Well done for stopping drinking. I am just so sorry you haven't had someone physically there to help you that you can see. I am sure your mum is still with you in other ways and is very proud of you not drinking.

You're very welcome. There are tons more similar video's on that website and all not-for-profit, in fact you don't need to pay any thing at all.
