I know this time of year is tough for us waiting for transplant & those that have had transplant.....I can only imagine what it must be like for those family’s of your organ donors. So for them o😊put your best foot forward & your cheesiest jumper on & live life.

Love the jumper. Having a pre Christmas weekend with family in Yorkshire, 6 weeks post transplant and doing well. I have received my precious gift, but will never forget my donor and family. Especially this Christmas. Take care all of you. X
