LFT Results Update

So, finally have the hard copy of my first LFT results which, to be honest, are scaring me. My GGT is 80, my ALT is 54 and my AST is 65. I have another test in a couple of weeks and still waiting for Ultrasound appt. As of now I am 4 weeks sober and eating healthily. Finally bowels are back to normal considering I have IBS but do have a nagging pain right hand just below rib which could be my IBS I know because I normally suffer with constipation and trapped wind. My main concern is general fatigue and lack of motivation energywise. This again could be put down to my anxiety and depression which both have yet to be addressed. Sorry for blathering on but this is cathartic for me and you are all very special people.

Your results are pretty good so congratulations and keep up the good work 😀 just so you know some do take a little longer to go down than others but looks like your on the right road x

Thank you jojo, I am a worrier but if I have swerved permanent damage after the years of abuse I have put my body through I am gonna streak through the city in minus degree temperatures!!!

I would say they are quite good results! Compared to some oh amd how mine were in 2008 .way way higher than that. It can take some time to drop , but also meds and even eating a type of food the day before can affect LFT readings. As yet i have never had one that has been the same. Keep off the old demon drink .😁..

Thank you Millie, I have no desire to drink anymore just hoping I have swerved the damage albeit I don't deserve to. Am being positive as I can, waiting for ultrasound and then carry on from there.
