Good luck , that's a great decrease. Hemo does have a lot of the associated problems you have . It can take some time to improve .
Me too! High ferritin and a carrier for haemachomatosis gene..Doing all I can to look after myself..good diet, lots of water, plenty of rest. Walk daily. Hope you improve with time. Its adjusting to not having the wellbeing one had previously that's most challenging! I also have Hep C, which thankfully is on course for treastment. Then plans for haemachomatis!! Best wishes
yes keep us posted, i am wishing you well and glad to hear that your ferritin levels are dropping. all my best wishes love grace xoxo 🌺
Hi. I too have hematomacrosis I was diagnosed the back end of last, was advisedto get my son tested as it's genetic. Thankfully he hasn't got it. I had a scan to check my liver but that's ok. I'm 43 and had never heard of it when was told I have it. Like u I havet to have weekly /fortnightly blood taken. I too have joint problems been diagnosed with fibromyalga after years of operations. Mine is at 797 and like you I have to be down to 50. So a long way to go yet. Feel like a pub cushion my poor veins. Lol. Takecare debbs. 😃.
