MRI shown possible HCC. CT scan results back.

Yesterday afternoon I contacted the hospital to see if any ct results were back. After a wait was told a draft report had arrived and it would be passed onto the consultant. We didn't hear anything, so we've another weekend to worry before we can hopefully get some information. Did think with there already being a suggestion of a liver HCC, that the dr would get back to us quickly with these latest results. I just hope he does not send out the information by letter again.

I know when I'm waiting on results they have to go before the MDT before I'm told anything. The mdt at my hospital meets twice a week so you may have to wait till they have decided on a firm diagnosis and a possible treatment plan.

My nurse usually calls with the results. Some hospitals may make you attend an appointment to get them.

I know how hard the waiting is,fingers crossed for good results.
