Fatty Liver

Hi, I have just been diagnosed with fatty liver, the 3rd stage. There are so much conflicting information in books and the net. Could someone please tell me if coconut flour is okay ? Many thanks

Hidden I am asked my HEP team Addenbrookes, Cambridge UK. They said they had never heard anything untoward about the use of coconut flour. So general advice was, so long as you aren't allergic, try, let a physician know and see. ✌
