Getting a fat belly

Hi all since my transplant in July last year , my  belly getting fatter, but the hospital is telling me no exersise for twelve months? And also telling me to lose weight , I'm 14st and need to lose half a stone ! How ! Also can others tell me what they feel as in pain or anything

Now then mate don't know if this will help but I got a toning machine which does the muscles no harm   Plus your not over doin things with is , it's a slow process but does the job without aggravating the muscles in your stomach , this may help they sell them brand new on eBay or Amazon , worth a look , hope this helps ,Adam
