How many of you feel that? Like while climbing stairs or while weight lifting etc. My father often complains about dizziness as if his has slight spin. It might be due to the side effects of drugs or anemia can be responsible for it. Any suggestions??

Last year I woke one morning feeling dizzy and sick and any movement of my head felt very strange. Went to doctor and it was labyrinthitis. Inner ear imbalance. Ended up with some meds which I had to take for a few months then ease myself off them. No reason why I got, could have been side effects of meds I take for various issues or a virus. I still get now occasionally particularly when when I'm tired. If it continues I suggest your father goes to doctor.

I agree, to the doctor, this can also be caused by serum sodium level being too low which is very dangerious. I have low serum sodium.
