Not quite sure what an over water mouth is but perhaps you mean you feel you have too much saliva. Do you have a doctor you can go ask?
"watery mouth" I don't think this is a symptom of liver disease.
Having a watering mouth is not a symptom of liver disease unless your mouth is watering due to feeling nausea have you been told you have liver disease?
