3 weeks update...

Well it has been about 3 weeks since my husband had his transplant...

The wound opened up last week as we was being prepared for discharge! Surgeons had to close it up with 15 stitches...

We are home and going in for his weekly check up appointment. His bloods are behaving as well as all his other organs...

I myself am clinically exhausted - GP said I should take anti depressants but I decided on herbal tonic - past few days my hands have stopped shaking so much and my tension headaches seem to be lessening... The tonic I am taking is called Floradix - its completely natural and suitable for vegetarians etc... The stress related IBS is now under control...

After many years of being on the receiving end of HE and all else that this disease had brought on... I am so grateful for this new lease of life... For all of us :)

I wish that this year brings to those who are waiting the right treatment/management/transplant...
