Is rapeseed oil healthy for yo if you have non alcoholic fatty liver? - Please as i have just switched from olive oil to rapeseed oil.

Why did you swap. Olive oil is better as less processed than rapeseed. It is also a healthy fat.

I was of the understanding that rapeseed oil has considerably less saturated fat than olive oil or any other oils and butter. Also that rapeseed oil contains omega 3, 6 and 9 so thought this would be more beneficial to the liver.
