Daunted... No more!

Just got back from my 50 min run, having posted that I was feeling daunted by it earlier in the week.

Made a big effort to hydrate properly yesterday. Set off this morning, kept telling myself 'it's just a run.'. At the last minute I decided to bring my ipod and listen to a podcast of I'm Sorry I haven't A Clue for the 2nd half of the run. I haven't done this before, I've just had music, but I'll definitely do it again, it definitely made the time go quicker.

Anyway to cut a long story short, I did it - 50 minutes! And the cherry on the cake was that I also did 7K.

Thank you to everyone who replied to my post this week - it really helped!
