I don't know... at the moment we're in the 14 days of quarantine and although that's only 14 days.. what if we're not allowed out at some point. Seems a bit crazy to stop people doing things if they're on their own but we're in a crazy situation

I know, I will continue to go out early as I don’t see a soul, and they will have to stop me. If it gets really really bad and we really can’t leave, I will run round the garden (which isn’t very big!!)

I’d rather run round my garden than have a home treadmill - I know I wouldn’t use it. I only use the one at the gym occasionally, and that’s to justify the subs. It’s on lockdown now, so I can’t use it at all. Luckily they’re not going to take our direct debits.

Our garden is an ok size, but it’s on a bit of a slope ...... 😳🏃‍♀️🙄

Yes you're right, can leave the house to exercise if at a safe distance from others.

Well as my small holidays which I'd planned have been called off and as I was a bit worried about total lockdown (I live in the suburbs of London) I thought I'd spend the holiday money in one just in case. Ordered last week and arriving on Saturday!

If you want one, I wouldn't wait too long. I know a delivery driver who tells me it's a very popular purchase right now.

I'm going to rummage through the garage and clean up my old exercise bike. I love running, but I'm already missing the swimming so much 😞

And I bet you are missing the swimming, exercise bike is good though, need to try and keep up variety as much as possible
