Well I don’t just think it, I know i’m Not a whizz kid but I’m just so pleased to be able to run 10k. Never in my wildest etc etc
Anyway ran 10k for the first time 2 months ago (thanks JuJu) tried another one last month - just nice and steady and I ran 2 mins faster! Then last week when I thought I might try again I felt quite tired and stopped at 8k. Discovered I was running too fast when I saw Fitbit ie 7 mins each K....
Thanks for letting me ramble on ... I’ve noticed I am slowly developing speed and am very proud when I run 5K in under 35mins.
The main thing is how good running has made me feel and has changed the way I feel about myself as an older woman - and how others see me. Amazing! Thanks everyone!
