Is this really me

I’m 65 and running more than I’ve ever done in my entire life. Yes Ive ran in the pastt but nothing like this. Am I dreaming or is this really me? 7,8,9, 10 miles and can still keep going. Thanks to all on here for your support and messages.

No excuses then. Everyone, no matter age, sex or fitness abilities. We can all get out there! I guess sometimes life gets in the way but we should really make time because I know when I exercise it makes me feel great!! Well done you!!
