After a spell with sore hip, chiro etc now diagnosed with osteo arthritis . Do I try again BOO HOO

Didn't have any problems then came on suddenly. Been advised to keep exercising . Got physio booked for next week.

My arthritis virtually disappeared, no pain and joints straightening out, when I became vegan. Not my intention, but the consultant said there is a link between arthritis and dairy.

I think we all have it to a certain extent as we get older but don’t let it put a crimp on your plans!
