GP restricting number of blue inhalers
I have been on
Bricanyl
powder inhaler (blue) and the brown equivalent which name escapes me right now 🤦♀️ for the last two decades. I found that i have been struggling taking the powder inhaler and that, in an emergency, tried my daughter’s blue Ventolin inhaler and it worked much better.

Flixotide causing anxiety?
Bricanyl
is my blue inhaler which I hardly ever use. I have tried other treatments which were a no go, eg montelukast gave me a rash, LABAs like serevent which made my heart thump, and anything propelled with alcohol is ruled out. My asthma is well controlled which is the good news.

How long before you felt benefit? Biologics - Nucala
But this afternoon I had the same as always - left chest pain, coughing and then needed my
bricanyl
. I have read that it can take a while for it to work but wondering if anyone else has the same experience? Did it go quick for you or take a few weeks? Did you still have asthma attacks etc?

Singulair - Flu Like Symptoms Side Effect
Friday night I used Brinanyl inhaler 1 puff before bed and Saturday, instead of using
Bricanyl
, I used Flovent 1 puff before bed because the sneezing and coughing was getting on my nerves.

Missing inhaler
My reliever inhaler a blue
bricanyl
turbo inhaler. The only way I can describe the shape of my inhaler is that it sort of looks like a darlek (I'm not sure if I've spelt it right or not) from Dr Who. I've got an appointment with a doctor on the 31st about my inhaler.

Seretide 250
I use my Seretide inhaler twice a day and just carry a
bricanyl
inhaler as an emergency one while I am out. This works well for me and has done for the past 10+ yrs. I find the powder one which does not blast the medicine into the back of your throat is a big advantage.

What makes the Asthma Nurse a specialist nurse?
My peak flows were 325-300-300 The nurse said that these were fine and to continue taking my Relvar Ellipta but change from Salbutamol to
Bricanyl
This nurse was also the diabetic, thyroid, HTN and HF specialist. I don’t doubt her qualifications but even I know that my peak flows are not fine.

Self management with COPD and inhalers.
I used to take the reliever,
Bricanyl
, at 5:00 am, Spiriva at 6:00 am and Fostair just before setting off at 7:30 am two separate doses in the afternoon of the reliever until 7:00 pm when I would take the final 2 puffs of Fostair, with another dose of the reliever before going to bed at 11:30 pm.

Chest tightness/pain caused by asthma?
She prescribed Innovair and
Bricanyl
. After 3 days of innovair and only a small improvement I am not entirely convinced she is right, and I thought that maybe you guys can help clarify wether or not the feelings I have in my chest are normal asthma symptoms.

Bricanyl Turbohaler
I’ve been on the above for years and it’s always been a twist right, then twist left action to load. My latest one has a twist left, then twist right action and it has completely thrown me! Is it loading correctly?is it faulty?

Inhaler shortage.
I have been using
Bricanyl
as my reliever inhaler for over four years now. For the first time, yesterday it was missing from my repeat prescription and have to wait for a text message when it arrives at the pharmacy. Understandable I suppose, it is made by AstraZeneca.

Sodium cromoglycate
I am currently in
bricanyl
syringe driver due to being taken off uniphyllin 18 months ago as my stomach no longer digests and I vomit tablets up. This consultant hasn’t obviously read my notes. I’ve left numerous voicemails with their secretary and had no call back.

Despite being on three different inhalers
Bricanyl
, Pulmicourt and Serevent, I needed regular nebulisers and had several admissions to hospital each year. After six months of being on Hydroxychloroquine the asthma just stopped??

What is wrong with me? Losing the will to live!
I knew I had it but daily preventer (2x symbicort morning and night) and
bricanyl
couple of times a week kept it in check.

I had my PET Scan yesterday.
Having found the unit I waited outside as I was early and took a puff on my
Bricanyl
, in preparation of having to wear a mask when entering. Nobody was in the waiting room. Wearing the mask was uncomfotable but not impossible and tolerable.
