im 27yo.i have a small lump in my breast since 7yrs.suddenly it started pain in shoulder,had done usg n fnac

it was just benign.sometimes it pains in hand.n sometimes at back.dont know why?doctors told me to exercise my hand n im taking primosa caps.

Dear profar,

The lump probably is not the cause of your shoulder and hand pain. A small lump in the breast will, actually, never cause such symptoms; the only time it may cause some symptom, is if it is located on the outer side of the breast near the axilla, where the nerves exit. But even this is very rare.

So I think, it may be something else, like some nerve related pain, a majority of which will settle on it's own; only a few pain killers may be needed.

If there is a pain in the breast itself, especially a few days prior to period, that pain can be related to lump and hormonal changes.

So I guess, do not worry, your symptoms should settle down.
