Query abt intestinal mets

How much is incidence of intestine getting involved after 2.5 years of complete treatment (surgery ,chemo,radiation)of stage 1 (2×1.8),gr 3 ,TNBC ,localised to one breast with no met at start of diagnosis ??

Very very rare. Have barely come across a case, maybe, when I was at Tata. Don’t remember though.

But one thing about these TNBCs. They behave in the most unusual manner and I have seen some odd places where they have metastasized.

In any case, if intestinal met is localized, your doc will go ahead with surgery and that will also help confirm it’s from TNBC or not.
