Daily routine to recover from breast cancer

I have breast cancer in right breast with tumor ,it has spread till lungs.what routine I should follow to recover my health completely.

Have you had a mastectomy and followup chemo and radiation for the breast cancer itself? What is your oncologist recommending at this point? If possible, make sure you are dealing with an oncologist who specializes in breast cancer. Only an oncologist familiar with your particular case can give reasonable advice about your best treatment options. Let us know how you are doing!
