My mother is suffering from breast cancer starting stage. Chemotherepy is done in Nagpur. After that all reports are normal. Now, Doctor advise us to get Sikai (don't know english meaning). Can anyone tell me what should we do after that. Is that sikai is necessary or not.

Could you please tell us the following to help us guide you properly:
1. Was it a BCS (Breast Conserving Surgery) or a Mastectomy
2. What was the size of tumour and how many axillary nodes were positive? You will get the answer from the histopathology report.
