My mother has carried out a USG

Doctor, my mother is 50 years old. My mother has carried out a USG on 08/11/2014 in which everything is fine except the following remarks subcentimetric lymph nodes are seen in left axilla. She is having a clear nipple discharge also from left and right breast. Is this abnormal and any symptom of breast cancer? Please guide me what should i do?

Did you consult with an Oncologist. The breast discharge is one of the symptoms of breast cancer. However it should be properly checked and diagnosed by an Oncologist.

Agree with above comments. Best to see an Oncologist to sort this out and get reassurance that there is nothing serious out there. Your mother needs a clinical examination in the hands of an experienced oncologist and perhaps a Mammogram as well, an Ultrasound is not sufficient on its own.
