HERCEPTIN PROTOCOL

can some one please tell me the protocol for Herceptin.My mom weight is 98 kgs.First cycle they gave 400 mg of herceptin.After 3 weeks now they are saying every week we have to give 180mg for a year.Can any one suggest me how to carry this medicine for 12 hours journey time because we have to maintain 2-8 degrees.please advice.
