Usually by how many days the hair starts to grow. My sister though she has completed chemo more than a month has passed but still hair has not started to grow. Even her eyebrows, eyelashes have also not started to grow.
We are bothered for it. Daily looking when the hair will start to grow

I don't have an answer about hair regrowth. I suspect it is somewhat individual. I did find some good things on youtube about make up and head coverings. If you type in How to Wear a Buff the woman who does that one also has good tips about eyebrows. There will be other ones on the side to check as well.
Hi Pkenn. She is wearing wig but becomes uncomfortable. As after her first chemo all the hair had started falling hence she had to shave her hair. Now after all the 6 cycles of chemo - more than one month is over still no hairs have started to come. Hence was asking a general question
Whether your hair had gone during chemo?
It will be back in 2-3months. Yes definitely it depends on individuals. Consume protein diet daily. Among which sprouts are best. Give gentle head massage. Avoid using wigs. Instead use cotton scarfs so that there is less sweating. Don't worry they will be back soon.
Hair fall and hair regrowth vary from individual to individual. For some, it starts coming back in a month; while for others, it may take a couple of months, so do not worry. All the patients who undergo chemotherapy get their hair back, all of them! And as sonu89 mentioned above, a diet rich in proteins is essential for a good hair growth. So ensure that your sister takes a good balanced diet.
I did not have chemotherapy for my breast cancer and my chemo for my leukemia only involved minor thinning of my hair, but my eyebrows have never quite recovered. They were never much anyway. The Buff, which I mentioned above is a loop of cloth that one can wear quite simply or do some interesting things with. I think I need to get a couple and learn to wear them when I'm having, what we call in the US, a bad hair day. The woman who demonstrated how to use them had many ideas, from one by the door in case of an unexpected visitor, to very decorative options which did not involve the issues of a wig. I have suggested to friends who were facing chemotherapy which would undoubtedly involve hair loss, that they watch some of the youtube videos and start doing interesting things with buffs, scarves, etc. before it was an issue, so people would see it as a part of their "style" and not react as much, or even know that there was an issue, if they wanted to keep things more private.
