End of aromasin

My 5 years of tablets finished in July and I have only just realised my afternoon fatigue has disappeared. I'm sure it must be connected as nothing else has changed. Has this happened to anyone else

That is great to hear. I am on aromasin as a trial as I am tnbc however during the very first biopsy they noted the tiniest indication of oestrogen. Once all breast tissue that was removed during my surgery was analysed, it was discovered that I am totally tnbc. However they are trying me on aromasin ‘just in case’ . I get awful joint pain and also suffer afternoon fatigue. I haven’t taken them for the past two weeks and am finding that my bones are not as painful and I am not as tired during the day as I was on them. I’m wondering if it is worth me going back on them at all.

Tough decision. You could always ask oncologist if you could try another type of hormone blocker
