How do I get only MBC posts. I’m not sure how I got on fibromyalgia and it’s just too much for me to navigate through. I’d like to keep it simple and get only MBC posts. Thank you

Patricia, I'm something of a a technophobe, but I think this should work:

Go to the tab 'My hub' at the top of this page. A drop-down list will appear with all the groups you have joined. You should be able to locate Fibromyalgia on the list: click through and then click on the tick mark that appears, effectively removing yourself from the group.

I think that should work, but if not drop me a private message and we'll see what we can do :) xx
