have been on Tamoxifen for coming up to a year now..

I take Omega 3 fish oil and calcium tabs..

I get lots of hot flushes during the day and also get very hot in bed at night but it doesn't last for long so it's bearable..

I do get achy legs and sore joints from time to time..

Also my libido has headed for the hills but all in all, it's better than having the cancer return so I just get on with it really..

Been on tamoxifen for 4 months now, hot flushes and shoulder pain but not sure if the shoulder pain is pmr ( polymyalgia). A friend said sage was good for hot flushes but haven’t tried it yet.
