Anxious following recall letter.

Hi Bern, imagine you are anxious, is definitely not the best letter to have ever fallen on my door step!

Have been recalled a couple of times prior to my diagnoses. I know it's the cliched answer but do try and keep busy, your mind mostly, try not to have opportunities where you can dwell.

It may be nothing and they're being extra cautious but the way I look at it is at least it's being checked cos then it can be sorted

Keep posting if it gets too much.. there are lots of peeps on here who know the feeling of waiting well,

Good luck Bern please let us know how you get on. Hopefully just a cyst but at the least it is being looked at.
