Finding a bit of peace .....

A friend gave me a code for three months of free subscription to the meditation website called 'Headspace' and the voice behind it Andy himself had cancer a few years back and has a section on the site to help anyone with a diagnosis and all the emotion and anxiety that this entails. I have found the guided ten minutes a day really useful and would encourage you to give it a go as there is usually a free months trial before the subscription starts. Found this invaluable 3 years ago at my diagnosis - helped me to calm the thoughts of 'what/when will it come back?, how do I face each day with this diagnosis? Do it each day on the bus on my way to work - can't recommend it it enough - keep enjoying Andy!

Best wishes X

I downloaded on my phone/ipad/etc a free app on relaxation which has programmes with music and instructions or one can use only music, which I used to enable me to be relaxed before going to sleep. Many times, I ended up having to switch it off when I woke up needing the loo!
