Evening ladies, tomorrow morning I am running 5k race for life with my 10 year old daughter and I will be thinking of you all as I go along. I signed up 6 months ago and it has really given me something to focus on and aim for and I know I'm going to be very emotional tomorrow. Will let you know how I get on x

hey, I did the 5k yesterday too here in Fife and yes, it was a very emotional day, but inspiring to. As a survivor (so far, fingers crossed) of breast cancer, I was humbles at what I saw there. There was over 1000 people in the 5k and as i'm waiting to go into hospital for another op (thankfully not to do with my b.c.), I walked round the course. Such a great feeling and I've raised over £300 on my justgiving page! Here's to the ladies in pink!!

Well done! Yes great achievement and last night my daughter (she's 10) said she feels like a champion! Well that just rounded off the day for me x
she is...and so is her mum! Well done you two. I took a bit longer to do my race as there was no way my old legs would let me run!
