I was diagnosed in 2010. Had left breast mastectomy. Just reached 5 years in remission but lost too many friends along the way so decided it was time to live life ... Have handed in my notice on my dead end job and on Tuesday am moving to Buenos Aires to teach English and travel for a year -

Are you from the States?

I totally agree with you. One has to enjoy every single day.

Nobody knows what awaits us around the corner so we should do now what is the most fulfilling and enjoyable.

Good luck with your new goal in life!

Well done you I also diagnosed 2010 so nearly six years now !!! I lived in London for 27 years but moved back up north of England following all my treatments, much better way of life cheaper and pace of life a bit slower. I am also of the opinion live for today and do what you want. Good luck in your journey !!
