Thinking back on my panic attacks triggers, I think it’s because of my motorcycle accident about four years ago. I had a severe head injury and from research I think it could have been TBI, traumatic brain injury. I think that went undiagnosed after my hospital head surgery stay and manifested itself into panic attacks then panic disorder and now depression. Can anyone shed some light about TBI or head injury with Panic attacks ? Thanks.

I'm kind of scared of it but have heard nothing but great reviews from it. So long as one is absolutely ready for it. I'm both ready and scared...

I wish you luck with the new therapy. I am honestly new to all this and have never heard of EMDR. Will definitely look into it. Thanks again and wishing you the best.
