Is there a working temperature limit for pregnant woman? I am a CNC machinist and some days, it is over 30degrees, with no breeze its becoming really difficult. I'm 25 weeks pregnant. I'm not sure what I can do. I have mentioned it to my employer and they just told me to stand outside for 5 minutes and cool down which isn't much help at all.

Your employer should have done a risk assessment for your pregnancy and this should include extra breaks when needed etc and a comfortable working environment. Theres no legal working maximum temperature, but they should let you take extra breaks when you need to.
