Implantation bleeding?

Hi everyone. So am officially 10days late. Been taking pregnancy tests inbetween. I did like 5 and out of those 3 came out with a faint second line. Today being day 10, I've woken up and bleeding. I usually have very painful cramps on my period but this one is just there. Not feeling it so much.

I honestly don't know what's happening

All you can do at the moment is wait an see if your period comes

If you have a full period you may have experienced a chemical or early miscarriage, if you only have very light bleeding then it could be implantation bleeding. If you wait a week or so then test again you should be able to see. Good luck
