I found out I was pregnant last weekend after splitting up with my partner. I went to the doctors, and ended up getting rushed into hospital for a suspected ectopic pregnancy. I’ve been having persistent lower right pain, which spreads to my lower back. My blood came back with high inflammatory levels, and I also had an internal scan. As I’m still quite early nothing showed up on the scan, she could see what tube I conceived in my right ovary and she saw some blood from a cyst that carries the egg?(if I’m correct). my HCG levels was 41, re done after 2 days and went up to 131. I have to go back for another scan next Thursday. The pain is still there on my right side it never goes away!. Just worrying, stressed out. Anyone else experienced this? Not knowing what is going on is killing me.

Suspected Ectopic Pregnancy
Is the pain really strong? It happened to me but the baby was in the uterus so it wasn’t ectopic. Your levels seem to be growing well, no?
Sorry to hear about the issues you’re having. Agree with the other comment that your levels have gone up nicely, but that, unfortunately, doesn’t guarantee that everything is okay. How far along are you? I had an ectopic pregnancy discovered at around 6 weeks, on the original scan they couldn’t see anything in my womb apart from an area of blood and nothing in my tubes. But when I was scanned again a few days later, they found it in my left tube. I hope that yours is a normal pregnancy in the right place. I personally experienced bleeding and thought I had had another miscarriage, it was only when the bleeding and pain continued that I started to think it could be something else.
How are you?
