Hi all, im 5 weeks +6. We have been trying to conceieve for years, we have had failed fertility treatment and somehow i have naturally conceived! We are both still in total shock but we have also turned into paranoid wrecks! I have been having lots of period like pains which from research is normal, no blood. But my question is, has anyone else been paranoid wrecks and how do i calm down and try and manage my fear. Im just petrified this isnt real or something will go wrong. Also when should the pains stop? I have booked an early scan for week 7, still in disbelief!
