I've been taking rigevidon for about a year now and recently had my seven day break but instead of then waiting a full 7 days to have sex I had 'unprotected sex' after my 7th pill. Do I need to be worried about possible pregnancy or not?

That's progesterone+Estrogen supplement so chances are you're not pregnant but then it cannot be ruled out totally. Usually, a combined pill for 1 year should already reset your menstrual cycle to not produce eggs even if you give a short break but there can always be a sudden exception. It so happens that for regular contraceptive pills there's no ovulation at all and the AF you get is a hormone induced one. However, sometimes it's possible that while you're on break an egg might just sneak in and as you know all it takes is one good swimmer to get pregnant sometimes. I'd say you don't have much option than to wait for the AF. If you get one in time you can rest assured that you're not pregnant but if not get an HPT done to confirm pregnancy. It's actually unpredictable - I happen to be someone who's been trying for years to get pregnant but it isn't happening and sometimes all it takes is just one missed pills.
