Hi I have had my period twice last month both 7day length one at the beginning of the month and one at the end I have felt food sickness from smell and my boobies are swollen and painful I'm tired always hungry and now we're at the end of this month but before I end my tubes are tied but I'm having all the changes can I be pregnant

Those are all PMS symptoms as well, even if you were pregnant I don't think you'd notice changes that fast, try an early pregnancy test for a better idea
