Hello so I came on my period well on Sunday and it was quite heavy and I still have it now but it's not that much blood now( sorry for tmi) but I still have like bad cramps which I don't normally get with my period and I keep being sick and having cravings what could this mean?

They are all normal symptoms for a heavy period but if you’re worried, make an apt with your dr who will be able to give you a check over.

Hard to say just yet if its early pregnancy! Sadly, AF and implantation have pretty similar symptoms as such. DId you bleed less than the usual? Do you see any other difference? If yes, there's a good chance for BFP later. Otherwise, it's just an AF with some new add-ons (the cramps) to make it more annoying. Take an HPT once the bleeding stops to be sure.
