Period 5 days late, 2 negative pregnancy tests and left hip/ovary cramps comes and goes.

Hi there, I was wondering if someone could help me.

I have a regular cycle from 21-23 days, this month I am 5 days late which is very unusual for me. I bought two pregnancy tests which came back negative, however for the past 2 days I have been experiencing some intense left hip/left ovary pain. It comes and goes in the space of hours and is not continuous, its a shooting pain almost like a needle stabbing me the pain gets severe as it increases and then dies down slowly. I am starting to get a tiny bit worried as to what this could be! I am flying for my holiday next Tuesday so I am not sure if a doctor will see me so soon.

Has anyone experience this or have any idea what is going on with me!?

Hi I have had two children and each time I have conceived I have had the same pain in one of my ovaries cramping feelings but I have had it on my right side. I am one that has a low hormone to detect a pregnancy aswell and I have been weeks pregnant with my little girl before I had any positive results even then it was still faint. And the same happened with my other child. Just had to respond to this hope u get answers soon x
