HELP PLEASE TO TRACE MY RECORDS

I had a termination at the age of 14yrs old, I'm now 42 please don't judge me this was as a result of abuse and my father paid for the termination privately.

i now need to find out where this procedure was carried out but its not on my gp records and i have no idea where it was done but its my only proof that it ever happened.

please does anyone know how i find out this information ????

Oh my! Bless you! My only thought is, assuming there is no one supportive from the time who might know more, if you remember where you were living geographically, and the procedure was done relatively locally, whether you could find out what private clinics were operating back then? My guess is perhaps rather fewer than now - could the police, or even the NHS provide you with a list? Really hoping you get some answers. xx

Thanks for replying I'm desperate to know where this was done I've already registered to see my Gp records but I don't think it will be there my dad will have most probably done it privately so I am looking into private clinics but just hoping someone may have a easier quicker solution
