bleeding constantly on contraception

i started the cerelle pill 3/4 weeks ago, and i've not stopped bleeding, and it's very very heavy.. is this normal? i go on holiday next month and it's really starting to get me down

That doesn't sound too normal. I'm not a doctor but that does sound like something's up or it may be your body getting used to the pill. Maybe try to change to a different pill or contraception all together? (Coil? Implant?)

I would go to your gp or a sexual health clinic. Even better go to the same place where you got that pill from. Hope that helps xx
