I had sex around 11 weeks ago, we used protection and i came on my period the next day, (spotting then leading to a full period) i then went back on the microgynon pill a few days later.I suffer from anxiety so i was overthinking the whole , just my luck pregnancy, so i took a strip test it came back negative, however i'm scared i did not wait long enough due to rushed circumstances, I have had 2 withdrawal periods from my pill, however i've noticed my stomach getting a bit larger and my breasts are veiny? Is there any chance i could be?

I doubt it if you had a proper period. If you didn't then I would be saying yes it's possible. You are usually covered for the period anyhow as you are meant to have a break.
