Headaches during pregnancy

Hi, I used to suffer with migraines just before my period.

I had IVF not May and am currently 4 and half weeks pregnant.

This is the first headache I've had since before I started my IVF treatment .

I've gone to bed already and hopefully sleep it off . I've taken a paracetamol but I don't like to take too many pills especially now I am pregnant.

Do you have any tips or advice that would help??

Have any of you suffered with headaches during pregnancy ?
