3 weeks pregnant . Question

Hi, I'm 3 weeks pregnant with 2 embryos through IVF.

I have been working all day and been up and down quite a lot and just wondered is it normal to have a pulling tense sort of ache towards the sides of my stomach just above the hips ,?

I know when I relax and go home or will ease off.

It was fine this morning but from about 2pm I've had this feeling .

Be looked up eptopic but don't have pain in shoulder it lower abdo pain it's more in the sides .

Is this normal xx
