I missed my period for two months,I took 4 pregnancy tests and they were all positive, I'm having all the symptoms but now I'm starting to bleed heavily and I'm getting period cramps, what does this mean?

Hi there

I hope you are okay and not too worried. I think it would be a good idea to go and get checked out at your local hospital as unfortunately form the symptoms you described it sounds like you might be experiencing a miscarriage, and it would be good to see a healthcare professional to ensure this is not an ectopic pregnancy (a rare but serious condition).

I hope this helps

Best wishes

Katherine
